What information we collect and why

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your personal information.

  • We don’t “share” it for advertising purposes as defined by the CPRA.

  • We don’t collect your Social Security Number, bank details, or card data — that’s handled exclusively by Stripe, our payments provider.

Retention period

We keep your information while your account is active, and for up to 7 years afterward for transaction-related records, in line with standard tax obligations. You can request early deletion of data not subject to that obligation.

Your rights

  • Know what specific information we hold about you.

  • Request its correction or deletion.

  • Request a portable copy of your data.

  • Not suffer discrimination for exercising these rights.
