If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on Ernesto Pay without authorization, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (above) including:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification and location of the reported content on the Platform (e.g., the specific profile or URL).
Your contact information: name, address, phone, or email.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address, following the procedure set out in our Terms of Service.
Ernesto Pay may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of Workers who are repeat infringers, in accordance with our internal policy and 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
